(map behind the link)
Our apartment is located at an ideal place from the transport point of view as well, a few steps away from one of the central squares in Buda, Krisztina Square. This square is only two tram stops (trams 18 or 56) from Déli Railway Station; while from Keleti Railway station, the accomodation can be reached by a 15-minute bus ride (bus 78).
From Nyugati Railway Station, you can also reach Déli Railway Station by Metro lines 3 and 2; or perhaps it's simpler to take Metro line 3 to Ferenciek tere and change to a bus number 78. (roadmap: http://utvonal.bkv.hu
). From Ferihegy 1, Nyugati Railway station can also be reached by tram.
If you arrive in beer heaven by air, you can hire reliable taxi service /nowadays Zóna Taxi is the official shuttle service.../ or minibus, even cheaper /HUF 2300 /person/; besides, Budapest public transport is also running if you want to reach your destination leisurely, cheaply, but all the more full of adventures: bus 200 to Kőbánya-Kispest metro terminal, then metro line 3 to Ferenciek tere... further see as above!
If you arrive by car, Bed & Beers is only 1 km away from the end of motorways M1and M7 /map
/, then you can park your car safely in front of the apartment while you're having your beers and sleeping (the parking fee is approx. EUR 6 /day), but you can also find parking lots free of charge some hundreds of metres away.
On arrival, the rooms can be occupied even as late as midnight, while on leaving, you are kindly asked to return your keys at the pub-reception by 11.00, where you can have another beer to kill your headache for sure ...
An important note: Wherever you are in the city, you can call an official taxi service (especially Budataxi, 2 333 333, or Tele 5 taxi 5 555 555) and tell the name of the pub (Falánk Faló), and you can reach your apartment quickly and cheaply.
